About Us
Tune In Not Out is a national podcast service for young people aged 16 - 25. The ultimate aim of the service is to assist young people to make safe decisions around the use of alcohol and other drugs through providing information and opportunities to gain skills effective in making safe decisions.
Tune In Not Out recognizes the use of alcohol and other drugs is sometimes interlinked with many other aspects of a young person s life including self esteem, stress, education and relationships for example. To encompass this the podcast topics will cover a broad range answering the question:
What do you and your peers need information and skills on to live a safe and healthy life?

Creators
Tune In Not Out is an initiative of the Australian Lions Drug Awareness Foundation Inc and the Drug Education Network Inc. The project was created from the findings of a comprehensive literature review, which explored best practice drug education and multi-media.
The virtual production studio went live during Drug Action Week 2008, although open we are still unpacking the boxes and still have another four rooms to open and more tools to set live - so keep visiting to see the changes.
