Here at Tune In Not Out we try to make sure the videos, blogs and stories come from young people. Central to this is our Youth Content Producers who comment and write blogs for the website. Just take a look at the green menu on the right for example of topics they have written about from Consent is Sexy to Think Before You Ink.

By being a Youth Content Producer you not only get you work read by heaps of other young people, but you also get to share information that could help them sort their way through one of life’s challenges.

As a thank you we provide a $20 voucher as well as being able to include a great Student Edge Goodie Bag or Movie passes at times. So if you are interested in having your say in TINO then contact us at crew@tuneinnotout.com for further information.

But enough from us – here is what Janine one of youth bloggers had to say on the benefits of being involved:

“Writing has always been a passion of mine. However, like most writers, I had ideas and scribbles on bits of paper on my nightstand, and random articles on my laptop, but nothing published and no credibility. Only about 6 months ago now, I discovered the organization TINO. TINO is a great organization for many reasons, but the reason I really love being a part of it is because it’s about guiding Australian youths through confusing and difficult times. With their website www.tuneinnotout.com, they provide helpful and honest advice to Australian teens that they can use to make their own informed decisions.

In addition to this site being devoted to guiding young and upcoming Australians, this website has helped me, a young and upcoming writer to establish myself as such. Before becoming a part of this site I had nothing to prove or demonstrate my abilities beyond my work in university. I also had become slack as a writer because I had no reason or audience to write for. As a third year university student with dreams of becoming a well-known writer, writing for TINO has given me the credibility I need to pursue my dream.”
